The WP Super Sport Fork was developed with the experience from international race series such as the International German Championship (IDM) and the Super Sport class in the World Super Bike Championship. The cartridge system of the WP Super Sport Fork greatly improves the performance and response of your front end. It has an internal reservoir and, by putting the oil in this reservoir under pressure, the damping is much more consistent. Developed for racing, the fork has no hydraulic stroke limitation, meaning that the pilot can continually control the damping properties. The use of high quality, lightweight material substantially reduces the weight. The WP Motorsports Super Sport Fork guarantees best performance for race-oriented motorcyclists and professional racers. The individual damping properties can be finely and individually tuned with the fully adjustable compression and rebound damping and it’s split design allows for easy damping adjustability at the top of both fork legs.
The WP Motorsports Super Sport Fork was developed to replace the original fork by using the original triple clamps. It is available in 4 different specs: - Replacement for Showa Fork (e.g. Kawasaki ZX10R) - Replacement for KYB Fork (e.g. Yamaha YZF-R1) - Replacement for WP Fork (e.g. KTM RC8) - Replacement for Sachs Fork (e.g. BMW S1000RR) Please note: Modifications to the bike’s front axle, braking system (brake calipers and offset) and front fender may be necessary. The fork can be fine-tuned by any WP Supplier to match the requirements for individual tracks or usage. Additionally a wide range of simple adjustments allow the rider to fully adjust the fork on both fork legs. The WP Motorsports Super Sport Fork was tested and designed to offer the highest performance level in combination with the WP Road Super Competition Shock.
